- All prices are nett, unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Fees for scheduled workshops must be paid in advance with a credit card in order to secure a booking.
- All purchases are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable to another date.
- In the unlikely event of unforeseen exceptional circumstances, My Turn To Host reserves the right to change the date of or cancel the workshop. If that occurs, a refund will be given.
- Workshops start promptly, so please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
- Please refrain from answering calls during the workshop, unless an emergency.
- Please respect the kitchen, instructors and fellow participants at all time.
- If you require a set of replacement recipes, an administration charge will apply. Due to copyright issues, this service is subject to permission from the chef to reprint the recipes.
- Photographic or video images of workshops are sometimes taken for advertising, publicity or sponsorship purposes. If you do not wish to be included in such, please inform us in writing prior to the workshops.
- My Turn To Host accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any property lost on our premises.
- You release and indemnify My Turn To Host, its employees, servants and service providers from any and all claims, charges and expenses whatsoever in any way arising out of your participation in the event.
- You will reimburse My Turn To Host for any damage to its property caused by yourself/your child (including all equipment and structures within the premises).
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore and you irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
