Head Chef at 2 Michelin-starred Cloud Street
Chef Shah has been cooking up a storm in the kitchen since the tender age of 21 years old. Chef Shah’s talent and dedication to hone his skills has driven him to understand and learn various cuisines. His work stints included training under world’s renowned restaurants such as Geranium and Marco Pierre White.
Over the years in Singapore, he has working experiences with popular establishments such as Esquina, Society Bistro, 28 Hongkong Street, FOC, Cheek by Jowl.
Chef Shah is currently Sous Chef at 2 Michelin-starred Cloud Street and he is also R&D Chef who is in charge of experimenting and creating new menus.
