Pipa Tofu

This is a special tofu dish that is made with a mixture of tofu, meat, seasonings processed into a paste-like consistency and then shaped into pipa. It can be steamed or fried. It is called pipa, because they are shaped like the Chinese instrument, pipa 琵琶. This is a delicious dish that will be enjoyed by many!
