A stunner dish that can be easily repeated at home with the right techniques and knowledge. Learn to create delicious tender chicken with beautiful golden-color skin. The chicken will be served and season with five-spice seasoning ingredients.
2.Fragrant Peanut with Pork Meat Ball Porridge
This is a true comfort food that will be enjoyed by many. Learn to create delicious porridge with juicy tender meat balls. This is Chef Kelvin’s family favourite and we hope it will be yours too!
3.Deep-Fried Crispy Eggplant with Chicken Floss
Learn to create delicious eggplant dish that will surely impress your guest.You will learn to create the crispy flour that can be applied to other dishes such as prawn, squid, fish, pork and so on. You will also learn the seasoning for the eggplant to go well with the chicken floss. After all the cooking, sometimes you do want to enjoy a fuss-free appetiser that tastes delicious and still wow your guest with minimal effort. This is one of those dishes.
