In this special class, participants will learn three signature dishes from Yan Ting’s celebrated menu:

 

1.黑松露龙虾天使面 (Black Truffle Lobster Angel Hair Pasta)
An innovative take on Cantonese cuisine, this wok-fried lobster angel hair pasta with truffle is a true standout dish. The incorporation of pasta adds a bold modern twist, resulting in an indulgent and harmonious combination of textures. 3.辣子鸡丁 (Spicy Diced Chicken)
