They are extremely durable, retain their heat really well, and are wonderful for braising, frying, steaming, virtually for any cooking method!

Chef Kelvin’s Delicious Coffee Pork Ribs with Almond, Chocolate, Orange Jam

These pork ribs are extremely delicious. They are 2 cooking methods to get the perfect tender texture, sous-vide then fried or baked inside the oven. The coffee sauce is really incredible. It has slight bitterness from the mocha coffee, some fragrance from the orange jam and the chocolate syrup balances the whole flavour. If you don’t consume pork, this sauce works extremely well with other protein as well. This is an elevated coffee pork ribs, and we are sure that your family will enjoy this dish. We will be frying the pork ribs and cooking the sauce using Le Creuset cast-iron pots.

 

Lei Garden’s Famous Beef Steak with Black Pepper Butter Sauce

This would be the epitome of Asian style steak. It is not shy in flavour and we love it! The marinade for the sauce has more than 12 ingredients including OK Sauce, Lea and Perrin Sauce, Gui Lin Chilli Sauce, to name a few. The combination is a winner, the steak is burst with umami flavour, the kinda flavour that we are familiar and wanting more and more. The steak will be served a la minute and pan-fried to perfection using Le Creuset cast-iron pan and are served along a creamy black pepper butter sauce. You won’t be disappointed!

 

Thai Style Hot and Sour Steamed Fish “Peacock Style” with Thai Mango and Chilli

It’s a marvellous and classic Thai steamed fish dish. The fish will be cut to form a peacock shape which symbolises fortune and prosperity. The sauce has just the right combination of flavours: sour, sweet, spicy and savoury. The perfect combination of chopped green chilli, red chilli, fish sauce, lime, lemon juice and more. Learn to create a versatile That hot and sour sauce that can be a basis for many other dishes, salad, rice, noodle and so on. The fish is presented on a beautiful Le Creuset ceramic dinnerware.
